Information about your order

If you would like information about your order or would like to track your shipment, please click the link provided in your order confirmation. If you haven't received an email, please send us a short email including your order number and the email address you used to order your desired items. We will then resend the email you sent.

Returns & Refunds

If your ordered goods have been damaged or delivered incorrectly, you can easily request the corresponding label via our returns portal and return the item to us free of charge.

But please consider before returning any item whether you really no longer want it. Because we care about sustainability, we try to avoid unnecessary shipping and returns. Therefore, a return fee of €3.00 per item will be charged upon return shipment. If you return the item due to damage, the return is, of course, free of charge.

Fully organic

If you still want to buy exclusively organic cotton clothing, look for the organic symbol in the advertisements. These are characterized by the high proportion of organic cotton and recycled polyester.
